A crooked door is a mechanical warning sign
If one side rises higher than the other, the lifting system is not sharing load evenly. Possible causes include cable problems, roller displacement, track damage, spring issues, or connected hardware failure.
Stop cycling the door. An uneven door can bind, leave the track, or shift unexpectedly.
Go to cable, roller and track repair for the service path.
